He took time to explain everything on the car I bought and has checked in with me even after I left. He arranged a ride back to the dealership when I needed a ride to pick up my car I bought which was so nice. I would highly recommend this place and Spencer to anyone. Awesome! Even before dropping off my car, through phone, they were very helpful. Communication while my car was at the shop was great! From diagnostics, to telling me what parts it needs, from the eta on parts and delays I was always aware of what was going on. I also wasn't stressing if my car was in good hands or not during the time it was there. Car is running like a dream now. Couldn't be happier and have an ease of mind. This is my go to place for now on.

Makes and models was a good choice for the work done on my BMW, I really appreciate the guys working with me and being so knowledgeable on the stuff that I was having done and taking their time and really installing the items on it with quality. 2024 VW GLI Anniversary Edition. Stage 1 APR Mod. Treated very fairly, no upselling, everything promised was delivered! The upload was was executed flawlessly I was able to watch the work if I wanted to, they took good care of my car and treated it just like all of the other much higher end models surrounding it. The “turbo lag” disappeared, my car handles great, as expected. Highly recommend Makes and Models for all mechanical work as well as any future purchase of a well maintained exotic car.

I am a firm believer in “if you want something done right do it yourself”, but for the more advanced things that I can’t do myself (like laser alignments) I bring my vehicle here and they will treat me like family and my car as if it were theirs. With the utmost attention to detail and correct following of procedures. I trust them!

Top notch dealership. If you're in the market for a car, I can't recommend these guys enough. Joshua and Spencer were really easy to deal with. One of the easiest transactions buying a car out of state from the time I called to delivery. They even have a really smart service team who were able to take care of some items pre-delivery. I've purchased a lot of cars sight unseen and out of state, these guys are at the top of my list to work with!
