I recently visited Makes and Models to find my dream car. I had the pleasure of working with Spencer Dahl. I explained to him what I was looking for and he was off to work. He had amazing communication and found me what I was looking for. No pressure sales staff really made the experience even better. Wonderful 5 star service dealing with the team at Makes and Models. Can’t wait to work with them again.

Purchased a Shelby Super Snake from M&M site unseen. I'm in Wisconsin and was slightly apprehensive about purchasing long distance. In this type of transaction you have to place a certain amount of trust in someone. I worked with Caleb Torres who was fantastic. He took multiple videos and pictures of the car that I asked for and his communication throughout the process was great. They also arranged shipping for me. This was my first out of state vehicle purchase and overall despite some shipping hiccups(that were completely out of M&Ms control) I was pleased with the transaction and ecstatic about the vehicle!

I wanted to sell my 2018 Porsche 911 Turbo. I had worked with Makes & Models in the past to sell cars and was pleased. This time was no exception. I'm in Florida and was apprehensive to call about a car 2000 miles away. Spencer was awesome and very helpful. Finally bought the Mercedes AMG and went through the process of shipping my car to them and receiving their car to Florida. It was much easier than I thought. These guys were awesome in the communication, which is key to me, and everything went smooth. I would highly recommend this dealership and use Spencer. I couldn't be happier. Was being assisted by Spencer sales Representative he was very meticulous on disclosing information on a vehicle I inquired about. Would highly recommend Spencer if you are far or planning on purchasing a vehicle, he is very knowledgeable and respectful.

I purchased a car sight unseen out of state from Makes and Models and am happy to say that it was a positive experience. They were helpful in sending additional photos and video of the car and were responsive to the specific details I asked about. John Kunz made the purchasing process transparent and professional, communication was extremely responsive (most communication was by text and response time measured in minutes not hours for the most part), and M&M was accommodating to specific requests I made as an out of state buyer. They also helped deliver and pick up the car from a third party that I had perform a PPI. I also appreciated that documentation was handled through docusign so that pickup was handled quickly and smoothly. The dealership itself is very nice and it is clearly a professional operation run by people who love cars. There are certainly some sketchy independent dealers out there, but this isn’t one of them - deal with M&M with confidence.

I had a greaf experience with Spencer, Jon, and the rest of the team at Makes and Models. They were responsive and honest though the entire car buying process and went above and beyond to take care of me after the purchase was made. A really positive experience from them throughout and I would definitely buy from them again!

Trey at Makes & Models is an absolute professional. He handled our out-of-town purchase process from start to finish with patience and expertise. When we arrived at Makes & Models in downtown SLC to finalize, we saw our M5 Competition on the showroom floor, front and center, crowned with a giant bow. "Is that ours?" I asked myself. Great buying experience and will definitely be back! My salesman Spencer was awesome to work with , very laid back and no pressure to buy. He had my deal done in no time! They also have a lot of cool and unique inventory to check out while you’re there, and the rest of the staff was great as well!
